
Jeremy Faro
Prior to co-founding Saidwell, Jeremy led naming and verbal branding departments—as well as international client engagements—for Interbrand in London and Landor in New York City. He holds a bachelor’s in English and American Literature from Harvard, began his career in strategic planning at Saatchi & Saatchi, went on to earn a PhD in European Studies at Cambridge, and worked as head of brand at a tech start-up. Jeremy has led more than 500 assignments related to company and product naming, copywriting and tagline development, naming architecture, brand voice, and brand strategy in North America, Europe, East Asia, South Asia, and the Middle East. He is a Fulbright Scholar, an essayist, translator, and poet, and serves on the board of Fuller Craft Museum. When not busy with Saidwell, he’s an amateur naturalist, astronomer, and cook.
Eduardo A Braniff
Eduardo has developed internal and external communications strategies for brands as wide-ranging as Bumble, JetBlue, DoorDash, Sotheby’s, Affirm, and Ford Motor Co. For more than a decade, he was at the core of the global experiential branding firm, Imagination, eventually heading up its American operations as CEO + Creative Director with a focus on internal culture and communications. He went on to head Yo-Yo Ma’s Silkroad ensemble, engaging artists and educators around the world in the practice of radical cultural collaboration. Eduardo holds a BA from Yale in Art and Art History, and has served on the boards of Silkroad (Boston), the Independent Shakespeare Company (Los Angeles) and the Whitney Museum of Art Contemporaries Committee (New York). In addition to his work for Saidwell’s clients, he is an executive coach and chef.
Simon Kennedy
Over the past 30 years, Simon has gained extensive multidisciplinary design experience in branding, typography, packaging, digital, exhibition, and retail design for a wide range of clients—from arts organizations to global brands. Simon was head of graphics at Imagination in NYC and Los Angeles, and executive creative director of Yello Brands in Sydney. His brand experience credentials include work for international clients such as Factory Records + Haçienda (Manchester UK), MTV, Institute of Contemporary Art (London), Museum Boymans van Beuingen (Rotterdam), Institute of International Visual Arts, Red Bee Media, BBC, Fortnum & Mason, and Zaha Hadid Architects. A decade ago, Simon co-created CMAP—a human rights organization using media advocacy to protect and promote the rights of at-risk, informal communities in West Africa (chicoco.fm), partnering with NGOs like UN Habitat and Amnesty International.
